At Avanza Property Management, we make the application process easy. We are a “First come, first qualified, first serve,” housing provider. To be considered for a rental, you must apply and pay an application fee in order to be “put in line.” Once you and everyone in your party that is over 18 has successfully applied and paid for their application fees, we will put you in line, and we will notify you of your place in line. We only process the application that is 1st in line. If you do not get considered for a home, you can move your application to any other home.
