Meet the Team
Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.
Rigo is the Broker and Owner of Avanza Property Management. Born and raised in Fresno, he is no stranger to ”the Valley.” Rigo has been working tirelessly to bring a premier Property Management company to the Central Valley since 2018. He is a graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Psychology, and after graduating, he returned to Fresno and spent his first 10 years in the Healthcare Staffing industry. Rigo prides himself on building strong teams centered around leadership, accountability, and customer service. Rigo lives in Fresno with his wife Lupita, who also takes a role in the business. When he is not renting properties, he enjoys traveling somewhere new with his wife, golfing, reading, and playing with his nieces and nephews.
Lupita is the VP of Operations. Lupita is an avid reader and is passionate about traveling to new places with her husband Rigo. She was born and raised in Anaheim, currently living in Fresno. Received a Planning degree from UC Davis, where she met her husband, and established a career in transportation planning. In addition, she has her real estate license and a background in property management. Lupita immerses herself in new experiences and cultures, one of her fondest experiences was living in Spain and Japan. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and long walks, beach sunsets, coffee dates, and spending time with family. She loves ending her days with a good book.
