Meet the Team
Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.
Rigo is the Broker/Owner of Avanza Property Management. A graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Psychology, he spent his first 10 years of his career in the Healthcare Staffing industry. That all changed in 2022 when he decided it was time to go into a different direction and bring on a new challenge of working in a completely different industry. In 2022, he and his wife Lupita moved to Sacramento to dive into the Property Management business. He spent the next 2 years perfecting his knowledge in the Sacramento market, and in 2025 is when Avanza Property Management was born. Avanza is Spanish for "move forward." Rigo prides himself on building strong teams centered around leadership, accountability, culture, and customer service. Rigo now lives in Fresno with his wife Lupita, who also takes a role in the business. When he is not renting properties, he is either running, lifting, golfing, or playing tag with his nieces and nephews.
Lupita is the VP of Operations. Lupita is an avid reader and is passionate about traveling to new places with her husband Rigo. She was born and raised in Anaheim, currently living in Fresno. Received a Planning degree from UC Davis, where she met her husband, and established a career in transportation planning. In addition, she has her real estate license and a background in property management. Lupita immerses herself in new experiences and cultures, one of her fondest experiences was living in Spain and Japan. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and long walks, beach sunsets, coffee dates, and spending time with family. She loves ending her days with a good book.
